Always wanted to dance but never known where to start? Our Adult Beginners Dance Classes are the perfect introduction. Designed specifically for adults with little or no dance experience, these classes focus on building confidence, learning basic technique and having fun in a relaxed and supportive environment. You'll learn simple commercial, jazz and street-inspired routines at a pace that allows everyone to progress comfortably. There’s no pressure, no exams and absolutely no need to have danced before. Just bring yourself, a willingness to give it a go, and enjoy a great workout while meeting new people and discovering a new hobby. Many of our dancers joined as complete beginners and are now regular members of the Dance Off family. Everyone starts somewhere, and you'll be surprised by what you can achieve! 🕓 Time: 11:30pm – 12:25pm 📍 Location: Ballroom Beat Dance Studio, Next to Liss train station
